Starting May 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM, exhibitors can collect their badges and parking cards from the ROMEXPO DISPATCH CENTER, located in Pavilion B3.

SET-UP PERIOD (May 8–11, 2026)

• May 8–11, 2026 – Period dedicated to custom stand construction (AP).
  Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.) or Gate D (Parcului St., Mercedes representative office).
• May 10–11, 2026 – Period dedicated to arranging stands built by ROMEXPO.
  Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

EXHIBITION PERIOD (May 12–15, 2026)

• During the exhibition period May 12–15, 2026, parking access will be through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.), based on the parking card purchased from the Organizer.

Schedule:

• May 12–14, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• May 15, 2026: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

PRESENCE AT THE STAND
Exhibitors must be present at their stands during the official visiting schedule.

DISMANTLING / SPACE CLEARANCE (May 16–18, 2026)

• May 15, 2026: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• May 16–17, 2026: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

EXHIBITOR ACCESS (May 12–15, 2026)

• Vehicle access:
  Access to the parking area during the exhibition is through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.), for a fee:
  • 5 RON/hour/vehicle – payable at the parking machine, or
  • 21 EUR + VAT/vehicle – full exhibition parking pass.
• Pedestrian access:
  May 12–15, 2026 — through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.), based on the exhibitor badge.
